Desert Moissanite makes every attempt to keep items in stock. Should the item be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail during the ordering process, with the approximate delivery time noted.

Return Policy: 
All our Moissanite diamonds are covered against manufacturer's defects with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (on a gram for gram exchange basis).  Stones that have obviously been damaged or broken as a result of carelessness or negligence are not covered by this guarantee.

We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your  stone or jewelry (not including custom pieces) item, simply return it to us within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund  less shipping & handling charges. Please note: We must receive your package within 10 days of the date of receipt in order to process your credit so please ship your package accordingly.

You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit.

This guarantee does not cover lost items. You must return the original piece in order to receive a replacement for it. If you do not send back the original piece, no refund or replacement will be given. Please be sure to insure your return packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.   Please allow up to 28 days for us to process your return credit.

Desert Moissanite reserves the right to cancel any order, for any reason, at any time, at our discretion.
